Brightstone Properties was started as a sole proprietorship in 2006, offering brokerage services in the Commercial and Industrial Property Industry. It has, since registering as a company in 2012m evolved into a holistic property services business, also offering Development Consulting, Property Management and Maintencance, and Sectional Title Management and Sales, throughout Gauteng and Ekurhuleni.

Allan Heaney is a 70 year old retired banker and businessman whose background, predominantly in financial services, leaves him ideally placed to launch a property brokerage, based as it is on a sound grasp of finanicial and investment principles, with property forming (as it should) the cornerstone of any significant investment portfolio.

Bertling Logistics/Green

Bertling were looking to move from congested Jet Park to their own warehouse. We found three contigious stand in Pomona totaling 34000 sq m, and introduced them to top Project Managers to build a 12000 sq m state-of-the-art warehouse with A grade offices

Bridgestone had to move to a new rental space following international corporate restructuring. They were struggling to find the right space until we negoiated a lease for them in a well-positioned warehouse recently acquired by new investors, who needed A grade corporate tenants

FU Du Toit/Events Logistics

The Namibian-based transport company wnated to move from their institutional industrial complex in Jet Park to their own single-occupier facility at a highly accessible site. We negoiated their purchase of 20000 sq m just off the Great North/Atlas Rd interchange in Pomona - the hub of Africa's only aerotropolis - and they built their own custom warehouse as thier SA hub


Edrich/Shaik

Edrich owned retail space in the Kempton Park CBD, as landlords to a listed corporate who had been in their premises for many years. One of our exisitng property investor clients was actively looking for such an investment in Kempton, and we negoiated the sale of Edrich's going concern, without disturbing the tenant's mature occupancy

Uber/Anthill

Uber needed aa well positioned and highly accessible parking lot close to the airport for their drivers. A landlord client had just lost a top quality tenant who was relocating for expansion purposes, and we negotiated a long term 12000 sq m land lease, positioned just off the Pomona Rd/R21 interchange


Shaik/Brentwood

Western Province were the losers when a top industrialist relocated to Gauteng, and immediatlely started accumulating investment properties. At our suggestion, he developed a creatively designed 24-unit mini-warehouse complex on land we negotiated for him in Brentwood Park, and by the time constructionj was complete, the units had been fully let

Procet Freight/Easy Choice

This logistics company relocated from the Kempton CBD to Pomona - the hub of Africa's only aerostropolis - and we negotiated a long term lease for them in highly visible and accessible A grade premises Rd on the R21 freeway
