We put deals together. A suitable property is sourced for a buyer, and after talking to the owner, we build a proposed agreement incorporating the very specific and detailed needs of the parties. This negotiation process, backed by our extensive skills and experience, is fundamental to our work, often exceeding the time required for finding the right property (and buyer). As your brokers, we take full responsibility for checking the legal aspects of the transaction and all its variables, and that the intentions of both parties are respected. We do NOT delegate these critical QUALIFYING and CLOSING functions to inexperienced agents.

Bertling Logistics/Green

Bertling were looking to move from congested Jet Park to their own warehouse. We found three contiguous stands in Pomona totaling 34000 sq m, and introduced them to top Project Managers to build a 12000 sq m state-of-the-art warehouse with A grade offices

National Stainless Steel/Steenberg

NSS found Jet Park too congested. We sourced 20000 sqm land in Pomona at an excellent price in an unbeatable position. Their factory is now a landmark feature of the Pomona Rd/High Rd interchange just off the R21


Broadway Sweets/Bredenkamp

Broadway had unused space in their office complex in Cleveland, and wanted to move their factory from Benoni to this site, but needed development space as close as possible. We negotiated with neighbours, and bought 30 000 sq m, on which they built a 10 000 sq m custom factory, contiguous with their Cleveland Head Office

Manmar Spares/Buckenham

Although their Jet Park facility was highly successful, Manmar were running out of space. We sourced 20000 sq m development land in up-and-coming Pomona, and they are now positioned for expansion, driven by excellent accessibility off the R21


Bridgestone/Lovemore

Bridgestone had to move to a new rental space following international corporate restructuring. They were struggling to find the right space until we negoiated a lease for them in a well-positioned warehouse recently acquired by new investors, who needed A grade corporate tenants

FP Du Toit/Events Logistics

The Namibian-based transport company wanted to move from their institutional industrial complex in Jet Park to their own single-occupier facility at a highly accessible site. We negoiated their purchase of 20000 sq m just off the Great North/Atlas Rd interchange in Pomona - the hub of Africa's only aerotropolis - and they built their own custom warehouse as their SA hub


Edrich/Shaik

Edrich owned retail space in the Kempton Park CBD, as landlords to a listed corporate who had been in their premises for many years. One of our exisitng property investor clients was actively looking for such an investment in Kempton, and we negoiated the sale of Edrich's going concern, without disturbing the tenant's mature occupancy

Uber/Anthill

Uber needed a well positioned and highly accessible parking lot close to the airport for their drivers. A landlord client had just lost a top quality tenant who was relocating for expansion purposes, and we negotiated a long term 12000 sq m land lease, positioned just off the Pomona Rd/R21 interchange


Shaik/Brentwood

Western Province were the losers when a top industrialist relocated to Gauteng, and immediately started accumulating investment properties. At our suggestion, he developed a creatively designed 24-unit mini-warehouse complex on land we negotiated for him in Brentwood Park, and by the time construction was complete, the units had been fully let

Procet Freight/Easy Choice

This logistics company relocated from the Kempton CBD to Pomona - the hub of Africa's only aerotropolis - and we negotiated a long term lease for them in highly visible and accessible A grade premises on the R21 freeway

Brightstone Properties was started as a sole proprietorship in 2006, offering brokerage services (buying, selling and letting), in the Commercial and Industrial Property Industry. It has, since registering as a company in 2012 evolved into a holistic property services business, also offering Development Consulting, Property Management and Maintenance, and Sectional Title Management and Sales, throughout Gauteng and Ekurhuleni.

Allan Heaney is a 70 year old retired banker and businessman whose background, predominantly in financial services, leaves him ideally experienced to operate a property brokerage, based as it is on a sound grasp of financial and investment principles, with property being (as it should) the cornerstone of any significant investment portfolio.
